The focus needs to be on the customer first, the employee second, and the profit margin third. Too many decisions, many originating from HR, put customer and employees last.

Think of people as their best asset. Promote right people. Not those they consider "comfortable" ones. Invest in people.

Executives that value input from employees, realizing dialog is a two way street. Really supporting the "unlimited vacation" policy, instead of bragging how much they work (while ignoring that they accomplish so little). Fixing customer issues instead of constantly "reorganizing to improve."

More balance value for people having personal lives. Enough with the 6:00 am meeting culture. Respect for people calendars and time off.

Compensation corrections and transparency for employee communication. HRs should be more inclination towards employee benefits

There needs to be an overhaul of organizational culture, but the likelihood of that happening due to size and age of company is probably non-existent.
