Many of my team members were great, some underhanded, however, due to the pressure exerted on them.
Hard working , Delivering work within timelines, managimg multiple teams, adopting to new tools quickly
Review from IT Dept
Optimistic, energetic and knowledgeable members exist, and are about 20% of the workforce. Many others are simply overwhelmed by the complexity of the corporation.
Review from Executive Dept

Review from Executive Dept
Teams are always motivated and work hard for the business. Cooperation and support between members is always good.
My vocational education from High School's Saturday Program and the Enterprise Forum at the Massachusetts Institute of Technolgy, led me to a terrific consulting career with Technology Based Start-up or Incubator Tech Startups. I worked in Artificial Intellegence in the 70's.
I wish I could tell you but they would have meetings during India standard time and chastise me for not following new procedures that I was unaware of because I wasn't at the meeting since I'm on Eastern standard time
Honestly committed to doing a great job, in spite of uninspired leadership and mediocre, sub-market compensation.
Group of people that work together less in fighting and politics than many semiconductor manufacturers.
Because thebhours are long, comraderie is key.
They are good people with high degree of integrity
Diversity and being global team
They go the extra mile for customers, for managers who value them and, help each other when they can.
Talent. Success. Energy. Wisdom. Dedication
a better leadership structure could align the workforce in a positive way. until the goal if effectiveness not efficiency, it will not happen
Stop stealing money from the company.
Spend more time focussing on strategic growth areas and less time debating insular financial concepts.
Too many remote teams meetings. We dont all need to be on every call.
Tehy cannot do mych until the leadership changes the work environment
They should take the time to help a new employee learn their job and quit acting like they're better or snob are just because they've been there longer. How do you expect an employee to be successful but they're not giving the tools to do so
Review from Customer Support Dept
Communication, Involve in all the team meetings and team build up activities
Listening and stop running off with my ideas and claiming them as your work!!!
Less meetings to talk about the problem and more meetings focused on fixing the problem. Lack of ownership in organizations leaves problems to the “fix-it”
Review from Operations Dept
Coworkers throw you under the bus to defend their own paycheck any chance they can. Its the culture unfortunately when you are forced to validate your position monthly then comparison becomes a go to way to do so.
Way too many meetings. Like almost 40 a week.
Team work and respect for each other .
Define responsobilties dont dump everything on a person you are paying the least!
Most of the technical people are conceated and rightly so since they are backed by leadership and get all exceptions. They think they are the only ones running the business and disrespect others even in front of customers
Technical skills of co-workers are wonderful, but the overall morale of the organisation is horrid. Remove the fear of being PIPed, discourage the boastful/gaslighting behaviours, and recognise the TRUE value of ALL employees.
Using data to make decisions (although it is nearly impossible to get good data) and making decisions quickly and sticking too them.
Useless meetings where I'm shouted down and constantly interrupted by ignorant co-workers.
It's a very siloed environment. Teamwork is minimal at best. Too many meetings that could have been quick phone calls or emails.
No team spirit. Everyone wants to build their own group
We lost most of experienced people. New guys, even if some really try, just don't have sufficient experience for their roles
