Thorough, 360 degrees feedback, is two sided communication process
Quick proxess other than background verification test
Review from IT Dept
Quick when you have the right hiring manager
Straight to the point and not overly drawn out.
honeywell will hire anyone. there are certain profiles where offers are mandatory.
Friendly and not a strict environment
Got to meet with the team you would be working with
It was thorough and balanced
Review from Executive Dept
Almost nothing. The "behavioral interview" using stock and boring questions is over-emphasized and leaves little opportunity for the candidate to talk about his/her achivements and contributions.
The people that interviewed me knew what they were doing. The people you ultimately end up working for do not
I was treated with Dignity, Respect, Good Faith, and Fair Play.
Nothing notable about it. Often decisions made before interview process happens-foregone conclusion
It went well. Felt like a casual conversation.
A relatively easy going atmosphere.
I really don't know anything about their interview prosses as I've been working for the company for 35 years. Garrett then AlliedSignal now Honeywell... This company used to be an Amazing company to work for that treated the employees proper like friends and family.

You really understand what you are getting yourself into

Managers actually listen and interviewee does the most talking. They really want to get to know who they are interviewing
make it honest, most of the role is hidden behind a word salad job description.
Much more integrated interviewing and faster decision making. It was a 6month hiring process.
Humanize the process of selection
When I interviewed it was virtual even though the position was relocation. Would have been much better to meet the business leadership in person and meet my team ahead of time.
They need to be more honest.
Shouldn't take over a month between the first interview and the final offer.
Interview with more team members.
Review from Marketing Dept
Being given the truth about the expectations
Less interviews and more professional questions
Honesty about the projects we would be working on.
It was a bit disorganized. Interviewers were late to calls and in one instance didn't show up.
I get technical questions, yet other persons don't. Why the random discrimination?
To be consistently overseen by HR
Review from Engineering Dept
They spend more time 1 through the interview process than they do training the employees
Review from Customer Support Dept
There were 5 rounds and had to give interview for different business areas. If the process is simple and modest and for 1 business areas it's well and good
Hire qualifies people based on experience not whether or not they took a rna injection.
If you wont respect me, lets talk compensation
Give candidates a legitimate chance -- stop posting a position and going through the motions of interviewing only to avoid lawsuits when you install the predetermined candidate.
There was a lack of communication. They went quiet 1 month into the process. Then they came through with an offer.
More focus on company culture
