Mr. Darius Adamczyk served as president and Chief Executive officer of Honeywell International Inc. Mr. Adamczyk served as President and CEO of Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) from April 2014 to April 2016. Prior to serving as President and CEO of PMT, Mr. Adamczyk served as President of Honeywell Process Solutions from 2012 to 2014. When he joined Honeywell International Inc. (???Honeywell???) in 2008, he became President of Honeywell Scanning & Mobility from 2008 to 2012. Mr. Adamczyk began at Honeywell when Metrologic, Inc., where he was the Chief Executive Officer, was acquired by Honeywell. Prior to joining Honeywell, Mr. Adamczyk held several general management assignments at Ingersoll Rand, served as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, and started his career as an Electrical Engineer at General Electric. He serves as a Director at Honeywell International Inc.

Ms. Jennifer H. Mak has been Vice President and Controller of Honeywell International Inc. since April 25, 2016 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Mak joined Honeywell in 2010 and has served as Controller of Honeywell's Performance Materials and Technologies segment since April 2014. Prior to that, she served as Assistant Controller of Honeywell International Inc. and Director of Accounting Policy and Financial Controls.

Mr. Krishna Mikkilineni has been Senior Vice President of Engineering, Operations & Information Technology at Honeywell International Inc. since April 2013. Mr. Mikkilineni oversees the effectiveness of Honeywell's research, development, engineering, supply chain and operations, strengthening Honeywell's ability to create differentiated products and solutions for Honeywell's markets across the globe. He also responsible for expanding Honeywell Operating System (HOS), driving Velocity Product Development (VPD???), and increasing dedication to quality and delivery throughout the organization. He leads the Honeywell Operations and Technology Leadership Councils and is responsible for its Information Technology (IT) function. Mr. Mikkilineni served as the President of Honeywell Technology Solutions at Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc. since January 2009. Mr. Mikkilineni was responsible for Honeywell International 's Engineering and Integrated Supply Chain organizations, including the Honeywell Operations Council and Technology Leadership Council. He served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Honeywell International Inc. since April 12, 2010. Mr. Mikkilineni served as Vice President of Honeywell Technology Solutions from June 2002 to January 2009. He has been with Honeywell for more than 24 years and has served in leadership roles that span engineering, manufacturing and business development. He has spent much of this time living and working in emerging markets. Mr. Mikkilineni holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's of Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communications from the University of Florida.

Mr. S. Shane Tedjarati has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of High Growth Regions at Honeywell International Inc. since 2012. Mr. Tedjarati served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Honeywell Asia at Honeywell International Inc. Mr. Tedjarati was responsible for Honeywell's entire business portfolio in China and India. Mr. Tedjarati served as the Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell Specialty Materials (China) Co., Ltd. Mr. Tedjarati is a Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a Special Advisor of the Chongqing Mayor's International Economic Advisory Council. He joined Honeywell from Deloitte Consulting, where he was the regional managing director for Greater China. In that role, he worked with Chinese stated-owned enterprises and multi-national corporations to help them formulate and execute strategies for sustainable growth in China and abroad. He served as a Member of Advisory Group at Zouk Capital LLP since 2010 and joined the industry advisory group in 2010. Mr. Tedjarati serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of Antai College of Economics and Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, industry Co-Chair of China Leaders for Manufacturing at Shanghai Jiao Tong University/MIT Dual Master of Engineering and MBA Program. Mr. Tedjarati served as a Director of Honeywell Automation India Limited from October 14, 2008 to June 19, 2013. Mr. Tedjarati has more than 20 years of experience in consulting to various industries and has been working in China since 1992. He has a proven track record of creating localized go-to-market strategies, fostering cross-business cooperation and nurturing business partnerships. He is one of the relatively few western businessmen who have successfully bridged the complex East-West divide in China and across Asia and understands the intricacies of growing complex businesses in this environment. He is also a sought-after speaker in China and the emerging markets. Mr. Tedjarati has authored many articles on business practices and works on a book regarding the social and cultural ramifications of the sweeping changes taking place in Chinese society. He holds an MBA from University of Surrey, United Kingdom and studied Computer Science and Mathematics from McGill University.

Mr. Brian Sill serves as President of Engines & Power Systems at Honeywell International Inc. Mr. Sill is the President of the Engine & Power Systems business within Honeywell Aerospace. Engine & Power Systems develops, produces and supports high-performance propulsion engines and auxiliary power units for air transport, business and military customers worldwide. With 30 years of Honeywell experience, he has served in roles of increasing responsibility in engineering, operations, program management and product line management. Most recently, he served as President of Commercial Aviation for Honeywell Aerospace where he served global customers who make, operate and maintain commercial air transport aircraft, business jets and general aviation aircraft. In prior positions, he was President of Business & General Aviation and Vice President of the Airlines Customer Business Team within Air Transport & Regional. He has also served as Vice President of the Defense Aftermarket Americas business, where he led a global team responsible for supporting business growth and sales excellence across the organization. Prior to this role, he was Vice President of Business & General Aviation Aftermarket. He was responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership to achieve the customer and business objectives for this greater than $1 billion business. He also served as Vice President of the Gulfstream/IAI Customer Business Team where he helped secure long-term business for Honeywell on Gulfstream's new G280 and G650 aircraft. He earned his Masters of Business Administration Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University.

Mr. Carl Esposito serves as President of Electronic Solutions at Honeywell International Inc. Mr. Esposito is the President of Electronic Solutions business within Honeywell Aerpsoace. He formerly served as Vice President of Strategy, Marketing and Product Management for Honeywell Aerospace. There, he led strategic planning, product marketing, product management and marketing communications. With over 25 years of Honeywell experience, he has held roles in marketing, business and global leadership, engineering, customer support, program management and sales. Previous roles included Vice President of Business & General Aviation for the Europe, Middle East, Africa and India region; Vice President of business aviation; and Vice President of original equipment manufacturer account management and sales. He earned Honeywell's Senior Leadership Award, the company's highest leadership recognition. He serves on the FAA's Next Generation Advisory Council, comprised of executive-level representatives from industry and government stakeholders convened to advise the FAA on policy and related issues critical to NextGen planning and implementation of advanced air traffic management solutions. In 2014, he was elected Chairman of the board of the Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics (RTCA), which sets aviation industry standards. He also serves on the Board of Governors for the Flight Safety Foundation, dedicated to improving safety for the global aviation community. Mr. Esposito has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and earned his Masters of Program Management and Masters of Business Administration degrees from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Khaled Hashem has been Country President for Egypt of Honeywell International Inc. since July 2016. Mr. Hashem has more than a decade of regional experience and knowledge, having held a number of senior leadership roles with global technology, energy and oil and gas companies. Mr. Hashem previously held the position of country manager at GE Egypt, and has worked closely with the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company on some of the major power generation services projects across Egypt. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction engineering and master's degree in business administration (MBA) from American University in Cairo.

Ms. Anne T. Madden has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Honeywell International Inc. since October 13, 2017. Ms. Madden served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Global Head of M&A at Honeywell International Inc. since January 2002 until October 13, 2017. Ms. Madden served as a Director of AdvanSix Inc. until October 1, 2016.

Mr. John F. Waldron has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Safety & Productivity Solutions at Honeywell International Inc. since July 22, 2016. Mr. Waldron served as President of Honeywell Sensing and Productivity Solutions. Prior to this role, he served as President of Honeywell Scanning and Mobility (HSM). He served as the President of Honeywell Imaging and Mobility, Inc. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the Americas for HSM. Prior positions include Vice President of Global Marketing for HSM, where he was responsible for the overall direction and execution of the marketing function and served as Marketing Integration Leader for the acquisitions of Hand Held Products, Metrologic Instruments and EMS Technologies. Previously, Mr. Waldron led the HSM business and served as Chief Marketing Officer. He held a number of sales and marketing leadership positions in Honeywell Security Group and in the software industry. He began his professional career as an electrical engineer. Mr. Waldron holds an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Dayton.

Mr. Rajeev Gautam has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Honeywell Performance Materials & Technologies at Honeywell International Inc. since April 2016. Mr. Gautam served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of UOP LLC until April 5, 2016. Mr. Gautam began his career with Union Carbide in 1978, which became part of a joint venture with UOP in 1988. He has held key leadership positions within Honeywell UOP spanning research and development, engineering and marketing, culminating in his role as President and Chief Executive Officer. He also has served as Chief Technology Officer for Honeywell PMT. Mr. Gautam earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
