It might just be too late. I only see decline in morale accelerating, and vicious cycle of employee disengagement/turnover and austerity measures by management to compensate for reduced productivity.
Executives need to consider employees as possible source of competitive advantage, not just cost burden to be reduced.
Lack of appreciation for work performed, poor compensation in comparison to other commons in the industry, in-line promotions almost non existent. If Honeywell can just back off a bit from being the industry leader in squeezing their employees! They've mastered the art of employee exploitation.
