The health insurance doesn't cover preventative treatments like acupuncture for arthritis. I would like to see a reduced rate for Tai Chi, Water Aerobics, YMCA, Health Clubs. No coverage for procedures like Regenexx (stem cells, blood Plasma injections to relieve pain in arthritic joints & help regrow cartilage). I would like to see a reduced rate for non-smokers & non-drinkers. out of pocket deductible is WAY TOO HIGH! I want to be Able to go to my local pharmacy for my prescriptions. It is UNFAIR to charge (penalize) me more money to go to a local pharmacy. I have a high cost for one medication and its almost impossible for me to pay for 3 months at a time with such a high deductible ($1500.00 for 3 months!) Who has that kind of money ?

That's a good question. Fewer and fewer each year. Good luck getting a raise. Good luck getting vacation approved for more than a day or two at a time. Forget about ever getting to see or do anything outside of work while consistently worrying about staying employed there.
