
How MUCH I would be taken advantage of, with so very very little acknowledgement, recognition, gratitude, or compensation. High stress, massive unpaid overtime, sacrifices made......SUCH a one-way street! Even the "yes but you're making a great wage" argument was only good for a few years.
That everything you believe like he’d work, ethics, teamwork and helping, putting in extra effort and hours means nothing. If you are still employed soak it for the time the company has left with its head above water. Keep looking for other work.
You don't matter, customers don't matter, and nothing has to be done to change anything, because execs get their millions. Honeywell's Honest recruiting poster would read "The future is made with have alls who employ have nones."
That HR is someone in a back office with an email address, and the Local HR person, just refers you to an email address. They are very out of touch with their people.
Everyone who reached out to train and mentor would be gone within a couple of years because of poor management. Layoffs were coming before coronavirus
