Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid holidays. We only get Christmas and Thanksgiving. I work every holiday and only get time and a half. We deserve holiday pay also. Also vacation time needs to be competitive with other big box retailers. Also option to buy stock at a discount.
