Not wearing mask in back of house. Enforceing cb policies for dress codes, letting employees work off the clock, favoritism towards certain employees who can be drunk and high and not be sent home, gambling on the clock, and many many more problems.

Not slaving people and making them work over 7 days at a time without a day of rest in between. It's illegal in New York so I'm not sure how you guys are getting away with it, but it's getting a bit ridiculous. I feel like I'm being punished in a way. Name ANYONE ELSE who can do it thank you

If you're going to repeatedly make me work more than my state laws allow without at least one day of rest in between, I will start reporting it to the labor board thank you. I'm getting paid less than I was initially told, and I'm working way too many days in a row without a day off. Thank you.

Actually listen when I say I need more floor cleaner or vinegar or clean mop heads instead of saying, "well there's probably some somewhere". Also don't curse me out and hang up on me when I have to call out because you can't follow the one day I said I needed off when you HIRED ME. thank you.

The new GM melissa is much more level headed and clear minnded when it comes to how rmployees should treat each other. Brittany and Kaitlyn and wonderful trainers and bave made this experience better.
