The only really major issue is keeping night maintenance people and the communication among the managers could really be improved. Over all, great culture with a lot of diversity. I felt comfortable the first time I walked in here.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Please hire another night maintenance person for store 410, so I can have a day off for once. Thank you.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually listen when I say I need more floor cleaner or vinegar or clean mop heads instead of saying, "well there's probably some somewhere". Also don't curse me out and hang up on me when I have to call out because you can't follow the one day I said I needed off when you HIRED ME. thank you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you're going to repeatedly make me work more than my state laws allow without at least one day of rest in between, I will start reporting it to the labor board thank you. I'm getting paid less than I was initially told, and I'm working way too many days in a row without a day off. Thank you.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not slaving people and making them work over 7 days at a time without a day of rest in between. It's illegal in New York so I'm not sure how you guys are getting away with it, but it's getting a bit ridiculous. I feel like I'm being punished in a way. Name ANYONE ELSE who can do it thank you
