When you are there you get paid to work and when your not, your not.

Store closes at 10 and I leave at 2 and have to wake up at 8 am

As a person the coworkers are great but management consistently place square pegs in round holes due to staffing which causes more people to quit and stress out remaining staff

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management don't help if you need it but will help everyone else, I feel like if they took time and helped all employees equally especially in back of house it would improve immensely

I have to do dishwashing and bussing and it is all considered one job. This needs to change to allow someone to work a shift as a busser and be able to then receive tips.
