Working with the few co workers who could actually do their job right so when all of us had a shift together the place wouldn't be a mess.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not gossip like they're in school and actually do their job correctly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Way too much turnover rate in the manager position at our store. That needs to stop.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like i was in a comfortable place and when i was called back for a second interview i felt very confident
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have to do dishwashing and bussing and it is all considered one job. This needs to change to allow someone to work a shift as a busser and be able to then receive tips.
