they need to strategize better. think about the team more than their bonus. and all of my managers need to be in the dish room helping when we r short staffed. not just on the grill line or on the floor or prep or backup. when i have a problem they need to back me up.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They cut hours so they don't have to pay benefits I worked there for 20 years I just couldn't put up with there stuff anymore

We never have enough staff in the dish room, it's not fair that we have to break our backs so the managers can get their bonus. and the rest of us get nothing. telling customers to take their time and yet try to get a goal hour at the same time makes no sense. i am miserable working there.

I genuinely love the company that I work for. My job is so rewarding everyday. To be able to see growth and development with my store makes every hard shift that much better!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give your employees there hours so they can live and benefits training management better quit getting rid of the employees that have been there for years

To-go system is trash. Servers should not be in charge of it during rush hours. Often the employees hired are lazy and low quality. We are always running out of food by the end of the night. Get better management and have higher requirements for who can get hired.
