Teamwork!! Not just in it for themselves. (Teen servers)
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Tense some days, unfair. Managers give special treatment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading in general. No new people seem to be trained,the leaders in theserver world don’t work shifts with teens who need to be lead.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need to train new employees better, juniors in high school should not be serving. 20 servers isn’t necessarily needed for a smooth shift just stronger servers not more.
