What do you like best about the leadership team?
My current manager is very good at empowering and recognizng contributions of his team. He is respectful of all and welcomes new ideas and encourages discussion. Does some micromanaging but I feel that he is doing that to learn as well since he is fairly new to the company himself

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No training, lazy and no accountability.

It has to look at how operations are taken care of! You cant pack food and chemicals together, cant put bunch of heavy stuff in to one box, ship it and expect everything will be alright and you've saved $2 shipping costs. Cant make delivery process more complicated while the competition make it easy

Caring about employees and realizing that their employees are the ones that are making the money at store level to pay their salary

Store level employees are great. District Manager on up are useless. Very little support - complete failure to understand how any of the stores operate. Leadership needs to actually spend time in stores

Bonus structure is decent when awarded.

Although I feel that for the area that I live in that I make really good money I feel that merit increases at this company is a joke
