Good questions that focus on the reality of the store. They do not hide their short comings which allows you to know if you are the right fit for the job.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Improvement should begin with the interviewer

I suggest not backhandedly disrespecting the interviewee's experience and value in the middle of an interview.

The process itself was fairly standard but the store being in disrepair and dirty really turned me off of accepting the position. I only accepted because the manager addressed my concerns and expressed how it was an issue he was trying to fix.
