We all just get along. Theres no drama involved. It's the best I've seen. We're all there to do our job, we chat and buddy with each other but there's never any gossip for behind the back talk. If one fails we all fail, so we all see the best in each other and want each other to do well

Hard to say if there are any positives, none are particularly obvious. I supposed to vague focus on satisfying customer needs is admirable, but that is more in service of selling customers more than what they need.
Some of the coworkers and managers are able to make the day go buy quickly with great communication accross the board and an overall good attitude towards everything.

There is no positive I'm sorry to say.
it's shit and unfortunately, it's that way at most stores no matter how much everyone tries to make it better. Every store is so similar and the issues are all the same just at different scales. So much is unique or much of it is worse than other companies.
A select few coworkers, and customers create the positive environment and culture. However, many customers and a few coworkers bring negative energy and make things unpleasent.
The job is very easy I don't have a problem with the environment. I just believe we need better managers.

HOLD WOKERS ACCOUNTABLE. Dont reward clock milkers by letting them leave early while making lesser paid workers stay longer to save money. Many times Ive had to work late while a coworker who avoids working at all cost leaves after 8hrs because he had a higher wage and they didnt want to pay hum OT.
Get rid of district managers who are static in strategic view

Better pay. Too authoritarian. Always negative from the executive team down to the general manager for not meeting random numbers for subscriptions. Invest in the emloyees. Listen to what we have to say. We are on the front lines and know how to serve our customer base. Get back to basics.
