generally chill people to be around
The managers and most coworkers are very down to earth and aware of the high turnover rate of most positions and lack of career advancement.
Quality of character, fun to be around, friendly to customers.
They work very hard to get the job done.
With certain managers and employees, the customers leabe satisfied, sales go up, metrics stay in the green, and the environment is enjoyable.

Quality skill set that works well together
There are no meetings, no time to train, get criticized for not delegating; to whom no one to delegate to.
The variety and personalities. Most are decent or awesome.
The GM is a very nice, and understanding man. I've also made great friends with some of my coworkers. Overall most the coworkers are good people who make a shift a more pleasent experience.

They need to improve their work ethic
The only reason why they are not as good as they could be is because the higher up managers don't know how to do their job well enough to train their managers
We need to be leaders and work together as a team
Coworkers need to improve on sticking up for ourselves and not let management harass us
Work. Work. WORK! You cant leave until your department is finished, unfortunately this depends on other departments. A consequence of this is every lazy worker makes your day longer, it makes no difference how hard you work. Workers who milk clock go how early so as to not get OT. No accountability.
Invest more time in learning.
Note communication and better teamwork.

We need to lose the dead weight. We hire inexperienced and ineffective people and then retain them indefinitely.

We never can hire quality people because the pay is so low. And if they accept a job they leave within 2 weeks to 1 month do to the high pressure to sale multiple items all the time.

The district manager that I work for holds about 5 conference calls a week and not a single one is worth it. Stop holding so many conference calls and focus more on the customers walking into the store.
