The customer facing strategies that they implement, and the access we have to them.
Review from Business Development Dept
My supervisors are amazing people, and I’ve even spent time outside of work with some of them because we’re genuinely frie
Very open and friendly to staff
No communication they just sit at home all day
They actually listen and aren't full of themselves.
Easy to talk to and work with
My current manager is very good at empowering and recognizng contributions of his team. He is respectful of all and welcomes new ideas and encourages discussion. Does some micromanaging but I feel that he is doing that to learn as well since he is fairly new to the company himself
Review from Operations Dept
They are willing to help and teach at a moments notice
Review from Sales Dept
The leadership team has made good decisions that has OD in a better position than many other retailers.
Review from Operations Dept
They are doing their best to transform us into a service based organization of the future.

General manager is amazing and helpful
Review from Operations Dept
Always looking for new, innovative ideas to help the company grow and stay competitive
Review from Operations Dept
Everyone is very understanding of individual needs and willing to work together to solve problems and employees are treated with immense respect from managers.
Review from Sales Dept
I got alone with my store management, but never met executive leadership
They've set goals and work with everyone to come up with solutions to achieve goal
I'm part of the team.
I've goten along well with most of my managers, not all of them. One would constsntly lie, spout conspirasal hate speech, and would participate in many of the work tasks because i believe they felt "above them" due to being a manager.
There are no positive thoughts
Managers need to be less distracted my personal life while at work.
Give more hands on training
Review from Sales Dept
giving hours, better communication, and in general needs to get themselves together instead of blaming employees for their faults
This could be chatted about for days, its run pretty poorly as a whole. I dont know who comes up with their ideas for the direction of the company or who decides they are great but its extremely misguided.
Need to give new employees proper training. Communicate better with the team.
No training, lazy and no accountability.
Review from Operations Dept
Listening to the Associates and being respectful.
Treat each other fairly .
Review from Sales Dept
Everything! Nothing about this company I woukd recommend to anyone.

Review from Sales Dept
The current CEO has good intentions. He arrived 5 years to late. Company is constantly hiding the decline in sales year over year by buying companies and move the the pea under the shell. The company has not seen organic growth in almost a decade. The only answer they have is to cut jobs
Review from Sales Dept
Over the years, the company has gotten progressively worse. Programs and policies are constantly changing with no advance notice or follow-up communication/training. Heads roll all the time; there's zero job security.
Review from Sales Dept
Culture is broken. No innovation or growth.
Holding lazy workers who do everything they can to avoid the task they're resposible for accountable. They aknowledge their awareness of this but do nothing about it.
Innovation, quality, value, and service.
Everything they are bad at every thing they do
Know to treat better the employees
They need to get better at not verbally harassing employees
Passive-aggressive behaviors. There is a hostile work environment, people still working at $14/hr when new hires they have to train are getting $17/hr.
