What are some of the best things about your team?We do occastional work ok together, but this is never stresses by management.
What did you like most about the interview process?Good questions that focus on the reality of the store. They do not hide their short comings which allows you to know if you are the right fit for the job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?All store bonus is a great benefit. However, in the last 3 years only 10% of the stores are hitting bonus, and they never reduced to match their own failures
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?It can be improved by hiring security guards so the employees and customers csn feel safe
