
All store bonus is a great benefit. However, in the last 3 years only 10% of the stores are hitting bonus, and they never reduced to match their own failures
The base pay seems fair
40 hours PTO is pretty good. This is my forst job so benefits don't mean all too much to me yet

Pay a fair wage, give regular hours, and maybe cut your egregious salaries.
You feel undervalued in the company when the managers slid in and out their name under a sale you had made, the managers being on you about not making enough in the metrics on a slow day, hours changed sporadically, favoritism amongst coworkers, managers touching inappropriately.
Although I feel that for the area that I live in that I make really good money I feel that merit increases at this company is a joke

Pay more of the insurance cost of associates
Poor benefits options. Compensation package is too heavily favored towards executives while retail stores can't afford to pay their employees
Promotion opportunities rarely come at any store or in corporate. After 3 years with the company and 2 as Sales Manager compensation should be... $55k base + $10k bonuses PTO should be 21 days instead of 16

Yes we are undervalued and forced to take abuse from customers. They should pay a minimum of 15/hour and allow paid time off to help people have a break and help with mental health.

Employees do not get paid based on merit or the degree of physicality of their responsabilities.
They amount of work I do vrs what I'm paid for is no were near what it should be
I believe every employee there is underpaid even the managers. There was absolutely no PTO available for part timers just supplemental sick pay because of covid but in Texas you can't you supplemental sick pay. I think all the employees are underpaid and undervalued.
Because I do to much work and other that make way less are pay better
I feel undervalued because every day I go into work, I'm being harassed. I'm being verbally talked about negatively and no one cares. This is NOT the company I want to work for if they don't want to do anything about harassment
