Managers need to be less distracted my personal life while at work.
Give more hands on training
Review from Sales Dept
giving hours, better communication, and in general needs to get themselves together instead of blaming employees for their faults
This could be chatted about for days, its run pretty poorly as a whole. I dont know who comes up with their ideas for the direction of the company or who decides they are great but its extremely misguided.
Need to give new employees proper training. Communicate better with the team.
extremely undervalued, requiring 10x the work of any rep in the building and i face getting fired. id like to be treated fairly and not like garbage.
Because I am being ask daily to do something they will not pay me for. They want me to do a specialist job but want give me the role
Being heard. Making sure they company understands how hard of a worker i am
Pay a fair wage, give regular hours, and maybe cut your egregious salaries.
You feel undervalued in the company when the managers slid in and out their name under a sale you had made, the managers being on you about not making enough in the metrics on a slow day, hours changed sporadically, favoritism amongst coworkers, managers touching inappropriately.
They need to improve their work ethic
The only reason why they are not as good as they could be is because the higher up managers don't know how to do their job well enough to train their managers
We need to be leaders and work together as a team
Coworkers need to improve on sticking up for ourselves and not let management harass us
Work. Work. WORK! You cant leave until your department is finished, unfortunately this depends on other departments. A consequence of this is every lazy worker makes your day longer, it makes no difference how hard you work. Workers who milk clock go how early so as to not get OT. No accountability.
The company believes in a very low staffing model but expects high levels of success. They do not have a plan on how to achieve this success with the limited resources.
the managers, the whole team
be more communicative to it's employees, at least pretend to care about them
More transpancey from leadership and more equitable compensation.
More incentives. They don't value employees
Review from Operations Dept
Improvement should begin with the interviewer
I suggest not backhandedly disrespecting the interviewee's experience and value in the middle of an interview.
Review from Sales Dept
The process itself was fairly standard but the store being in disrepair and dirty really turned me off of accepting the position. I only accepted because the manager addressed my concerns and expressed how it was an issue he was trying to fix.
Not sure i didnt get interviewed with general manager so its kinda hard
Review from Sales Dept
More consistency amongst departments and faster follow-up
It can be improved by hiring security guards so the employees and customers csn feel safe
company needs a ground up restructure or privatization. the entire system is flawed from the get go. training does nothing to actually prepare individuals for the role they go into
The here are not cared for. If we feel more like people and less like machines it might work
stop caring about what investors want
Understaffed, customers don't get attended on time, some managers just stay in the office instead of responding to calls directed towards them, radio silence at timea across the board.
Employee loyalty.... Stop being so quick to wanna fire someone
