Mr. Michael O. Rabinovitch has been Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Office Depot, Inc. since March 3, 2017. Mr. Rabinovitch served as Vice President of Finance for North America at Office Depot, Inc. since January 2015 until March 3, 2017. Mr. Rabinovitch served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Mayor's Jewelers Inc. since August 1, 2005. Mr. Rabinovitch served as the Chief Financial Officer of Birks Group Inc. (formerly, Birks & Mayors Inc) from August 1, 2005 to October 27, 2014 and served as its Executive Vice President since 2005 until 27, 2014. His responsibilities at the specialty retail chain with approximately $1.3 billion in revenues included budget development and review, Securities and Exchange Commission and investor reporting, internal management reporting and analyses, investor relations assistance and debt facility management. From 1997 though 1999, Mr. Rabinovitch was the Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Controller for Unicapital Corporation, an equipment leasing company, where he was responsible for, among other things, managing its $530 million initial public offering and simultaneous acquisition of twelve non-public entities. Prior to 1997, Mr. Rabinovitch spent 5 years with Price Waterhouse LLP, as Senior Auditor. where he was responsible for the supervision and management of public and privately-held client audits. Mr. Rabinovitch is a licensed CPA and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
