The co workers try to keep it positive and talk to you like they have known you forever
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am because I am crosstrained for all positions and am paid less than new hired employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management don't help if you need it but will help everyone else, I feel like if they took time and helped all employees equally especially in back of house it would improve immensely
