Giving employees more roles with more responsibilities but no increased compensation is a quick way to lose them. Due to cuts there are more needs, but the company is unwilling to pay for those jobs. Only upper management gets increases and bonuses while the rest are being squeezed and cut.

Short term thinking. Layoffs. Only compensation for the top of the company. Hard to fix that when there is no one left. Compensation for upper level management needs to be tied to long term success of the company and not short term gains.

Need AC in summer months. Heat index can be 110 outside but feels like 150 inside. Heat makes workers sleepy so this can not be safe.
