
Mid and low level employees tend to be excellent workers.
The team mates are the only good thing about this company. They help each other and make working here bearable.
Long term thinking. This company is 100% dedicated to meeting the quarter and that's it. It will cut off its own legs if it means hitting the numbers.
Short term thinking. Layoffs. Only compensation for the top of the company. Hard to fix that when there is no one left. Compensation for upper level management needs to be tied to long term success of the company and not short term gains.
Giving employees more roles with more responsibilities but no increased compensation is a quick way to lose them. Due to cuts there are more needs, but the company is unwilling to pay for those jobs. Only upper management gets increases and bonuses while the rest are being squeezed and cut.
