What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop letting W Street manage your business. Fix the many things that are broken, most importantly quality issues including the old issues out in the field. Make reasonable but progressive projections and exceed them, rather than grandiose projections and missing them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am doing multiple jobs and haven't had a raise in nearly 2 years, delivered better than expected results and got next to nothing incentive payment.

An uneducated person can load plates on a conveyor and make more money than a maintenance technician repairing their machine? That's not right.

Being on incentive pay, we're told daily what our previous day's earnings we're, but it never shows on weekly pay. Always underpaid.

Long term focus is 30 days, and every month is the end of the world to obtain numbers. Need to focus on managing the business and doing the right things, the numbers will follow.

Lack of accountability and trained personnel. No investment in the plant processes or equipment.

As stated it needs to start with upper management actually leading and I believe there are to many managers that are doing nothing more than putting their work on the employees and justifying their roles without putting in the work they should.
