Dedicated, talented, motivated, great to work with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

In the past it was the commitment to taking of the customer.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Locally we have a strong team, and achieve good results, but lack real engagement to develop for the future.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am doing multiple jobs and haven't had a raise in nearly 2 years, delivered better than expected results and got next to nothing incentive payment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Long term focus is 30 days, and every month is the end of the world to obtain numbers. Need to focus on managing the business and doing the right things, the numbers will follow.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop letting W Street manage your business. Fix the many things that are broken, most importantly quality issues including the old issues out in the field. Make reasonable but progressive projections and exceed them, rather than grandiose projections and missing them.
