listening to their direct reports when issues and concerns are raised instead of ignoring them, being supportive instead of taking and putting the blame on the team during the times when it is not accurate

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
professional attitude of talent acquisition, once candidate arrives for personal interview, the talent acquisition team forgets to pick them up or delivers them to different room, in other cases the same interview invitati is being sent to 10+ different supervisors which is confusing for all parties
