More alignment with local markets from the c-suite
Focus on clients and growing our business not the quarterly corporate goals. Hire managers that know our business, hire experienced sales people that are preformers and reward them for it and stop finding ways cut commission. Get rid of all the usless Managers we are too top heavy.
Stop micromanaging, listen to people, have regular conversation with your juniors, be transparent with the team as they deserve to know what is happening with the product they are working night and day on, take accountability.

Act like a team ,treat your employees fair and realize they have a life and family outside of work. 6 days a week 12 hr shifts hire people to take up the slack ,intended of we just add more to you. Invest in your people.
