Johnson Controls promotes employees to meet targets for diversity and inclusion, not on merit.

The major problem is most of the supervisor are unhappy and conversation turn in to a discussion about problems not positive contributions.

The good people are leaving or have left thanks to the poor culture, pathetic policies, an ill-conceived 'transformation', constant RIFs and a US-centric management.
