The teamwork and support of your direct managers. Leadership and C Level Suite needs to better understand the daily tasks and procedures. We need better communication.

put processes in place that actually drive cultural change and improve moral. they say they cherish women but they don't offer any paid leave in full. they also protect high producers that are poisonous to the culture.

Since 1985, we have never experienced this level of restriction and micro management. It is evident that our ceo does not value the work force or our customers and only is concerned about shareholders. Our secret sauce has always been the culture of performance and service.

Knowing the compensation and quota in advance of the new fiscal year.

Commissions in excess of 80k were not paid out because of a mistake on their end (but i believe its because they want to close the fiscal year w/ as much cash as possible) and I'm told it will be paid beginning of the new fiscal year.

I would feel better about my compensation if I understood the organizational structure and the compensation of my peers or at least people that do the same work but have higher job titles
