What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too many silos, many negative attitudes, those that want to change and want to succeed are viewed as threats. the ceo needs to leave.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

put processes in place that actually drive cultural change and improve moral. they say they cherish women but they don't offer any paid leave in full. they also protect high producers that are poisonous to the culture.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Commissions in excess of 80k were not paid out because of a mistake on their end (but i believe its because they want to close the fiscal year w/ as much cash as possible) and I'm told it will be paid beginning of the new fiscal year.
