What is the best part about your compensation package?
it all looks ok but being able to use vacation time when needed is hard to do when they deny it due to having too many people off on the same day in the building.

I guess that we have some sort of insurance but it being a world wide company I thought that they would have an excellent insurance program, but our health insurance is horrible.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For starters to have a straight across the board pay raise and not giving certain groups more pay increase over senior employees.

I don't like this companies policies towards their employees not sure if it's just our branch or Cummins Inc but the policies are not fair to the employees not to mention the health benefits/plan is garbage.

on the line there are ones that make work fun but also some that make being there not so fun. always one on each line that like to cause drama

they need to understand we all have family and a life outside of our job. We would like time to enjoy it especially on the weekends. maybe they could look into hiring just a weekend shift!!!!!

the few people that make it enjoyable most days. the people that understand we are there to work but also need to have fun conversations to pass the day
