  • Onboarding is a joke, doesn’t prepare you for what you do need, and last longer than it should of a week.

  • annoying. you have to travel 2 hours and it takes 2 days. its boring and just basically a long 2 days long lecture about common sense stuff regarding HR

  • Deplorable leadership, a monkey could do better, not even a trained monkey, just a monkey. The management has absolutely no knowledge on how to do the jobs, but their “evaluations” of you say that they know it all and you are barely qualified.

  • Excellent at all levels. Their culture, values, and objectives are clear and positive. They set metrics that are measurable and achievable.

  • Starting around $14-15 an hour starting with a top rate of $23-24 an hour yearly raises based on performance (typically $.50 - $.85) This is for full time non-exempt employees (does not apply to temps/contingent workers, $1.25 shift premium for off shift workers, double time is paid on Sundays and holidays. Pay scale shifts if cost of living raise is given (assessed annually).

  • My interviewers consisted of the direct engineer I would ultimately report to, a second engineer in the same group, an HR representative, and the person I was replacing (they had accepted a promotion offer). Timing in my case wasn’t bad, but we were coming up on the end of the year, so their was pressure to fill the position ASAP.
