It is a great opportunity to be part of the future of energy and the planet. And this giant it willing to teach you to be part of a world wide team. Your potential cross over skills, from many industries, like electrical, mechanical, roofing, people skills, and so much more, could take your career up to the next level. And honorable respect is shown to our past and present Military persons. And last but not least, 'older' is spelled 'e-x-p-e-r-i-e-n-c-e-d' worker. Tesla doesn't just hire people, they investment into the people they hire.

Depends on the position. Faily flexible on working from hom. PV Designer positions can work full-time from home once you've proved yourself.
How can I get hired at Tesla as a recent grad?
Research, Identify what and where and submit a resume that can demonstrate you are trainable and dependable. And ask question, if you can actual reach anyone, ask if they offer apprentice / training or can suggest what you might need to be a stronger candidate.
