Need some training on people .

Communication and visibility on work scope. Seemed like no one was really very knowledgeable when I came down to real life implementation.

There's extreme nepotism in this company. They definitely pick favorites and the opportunity to grow within the company is very little.

Not so high turnover please

Reach out to Andre Barnett. I have spoken to him and the technology he brings to the table is light years beyond where we are today. But since they are idiots, they will not.

If i am given stock options i should be able to do what i want with them.

For leadership to listen. Our stocks would sky rocket if they would. At least give Andre Barnett a call at Teleios Aero-Space a call. If you don't what I say will stand and others in the company feel the same.

Comparable incintives to what Leads make with not much more training or expectations.

They send you home without pay any time they want at the sparks gigafactory. They run maintenance on the lines without paying you and without notice. All of your time off is used for their purposes not the employees.

They can see a bigger picture and the ones that stuck through the controversy know the company will rebound back big time! It's already happening.

everyone is an expert in something. you always have a specific resource to go to and you are guaranteed to learn something new every day.

We need job security. Everyone is anxious over each misstep. And it doesnt matter how hard you work or how well you do your job, promotions go to whoever the manager likes and not if they deserve it.
