The passion for the products and technology. None of this would be anything without the passion.

We need job security. Everyone is anxious over each misstep. And it doesnt matter how hard you work or how well you do your job, promotions go to whoever the manager likes and not if they deserve it.

The thing I feel is there is a strong sense of a Glass ceiling. Not because of race, belief, or gender. in the body, a good lymph/blood system flows from the head all the way to the foot. We need to feel the wholeness of this organism and its ability for transfer of good. Mostly...I love the team
Try to not sell cars
Lately we haven't had enough supervision so everyone is being stressed out tring to pull the extra weight around. It's a domino effect, we make it happen for a while but it never last. But the worst part is upper management barley takes responsibility for their mistakes

Black lives matter and white ethics local recovery life transportation. Rent control local bay area traffic control.
Best focus Best concentrate Not going to discriminate
Better pay for employees so they don't have to choose between eating and paying rent
too much hierarchy, too much middle management with wrong attitudes and lack of leadership skills
