Tesla Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They listen sometimes but they are low on skill

You know you got the real ones if they stick around after a big controversy and hold true to the vision of the company. The vision of the work should be part of the reason anyone works at Tesla.

Dss er immer ein offenes ohr hat und Konpetenz zeigt

High energy most of the time

They believe leadership is a superpower!

Review from Executive Dept

There is not to much micro management

They are always helpful and motivated

They care about you and your career

Leaders lead by example and allow us to grow

Review from Operations Dept

Musk's leadership style is often described as a mix of visionary and demanding. He has a reputation for setting seemingly impossible goals for his company and employees, yet somehow managing to inspire them to achieve them. Musk is known for his relentless work ethic, often working long hours.

Review from Product Dept

intuitive by design and intellectually stimulating work that both provides a challenge and gives us a stepping stone to our own destiny

My leadership team is always on point! Willing to listen always. Willing to help always. They'll even roll up their sleeves and work when it's needed.

wwer er erwr e ere

They appreciate us most of the time

Nothing. No experience but one Lead who is taken advantage of.

Strong leaders with great vision to transition world to sustainable energy

They are understandable. Keeps us on check if everthing os going good and how we can improve

Review from Product Dept

It's a great team to work with.

Great leadership skills and respectful of the team as a whole and as individuals

I can go to my Manager/Supervisor with any issues and get the help I need, whether it is work related or even personal matters.

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Need some training on people .

Communication and visibility on work scope. Seemed like no one was really very knowledgeable when I came down to real life implementation.

There's extreme nepotism in this company. They definitely pick favorites and the opportunity to grow within the company is very little.

Reach out to Andre Barnett. I have spoken to him and the technology he brings to the table is light years beyond where we are today. But since they are idiots, they will not.

Review from Executive Dept

Just be better at leading.

Paying a liveable wage and recognizing talent.

The leadership team is horrible at communication.

Caring about their employees as people instead of a badge.

Leadership, people skills lacking, professionalism poor.

Review from Product Dept

Good leadership team so I am interested

Communication And supporting Employees when they need help doing their job

Answering phones when we call for on job assistance

Living up to their mission and values.

actually thinking about employee morale

Training, education, experience and communications

Review from Engineering Dept

Better at building strong inclusive culture

The leadership team mostly needs to work on training and communication skills

Review from Product Dept
