They can see a bigger picture and the ones that stuck through the controversy know the company will rebound back big time! It's already happening.

everyone is an expert in something. you always have a specific resource to go to and you are guaranteed to learn something new every day.

Very cohesive team who really cares about each other.

We come together as a team. But not cause management is any good.

Lower level employees are great.

They are willing to help you at any given time.

Review from Engineering Dept

fun loving group of people that want whats best for the world and knows how to handle a firearm on a table. the fun is advancing in small ways to big efforts and implementing your own story into the written narrative, to find yourself. hopes and dreams are easy to come by when love is settled deepg

No one listens!! Sort of like this survey.

Review from Executive Dept

Collaborative, supportive, fun, nice, hi!

They are collaorative and cohesive

They work together if the production is slowing down to help out to recover and working good again

Review from Product Dept

Work well together and all opinions are welcome from all levels

Review from Operations Dept

They push you to be as great as they are...team work at all time checking to make sure you are doing things in a complete and accurate way

Review from Engineering Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Talking about other employees and posting about them online

Review from Product Dept

Coworkers are constantly trying to "be correct" instead of listening to understand.

Not be drunk. Not be lazy. Be good at their jobs

They need to be on time and be respectful

Review from Engineering Dept

Its not high school, be professional and grow a pair.

This company needs a core strategy architect at the executive level. Teams duplicate efforts, and vertical management causes a silo mentality.

Open and honest communication and feedback.

Review from Operations Dept

We could work faster and communicate more.
