  • It depends on the type of work being done, your supervisor, and the location. Office buildings with meetings mostly occurring online, through WebEx, allow for more latitude as far as working from home. I know of several employees that work about 2 days in the office and three days from home with no loss of productivity.

  • Allow salaried positions to be filled by non-degreed people with comparable real-life experiences.

  • Apply true systems thinking, have a real Road to Rig to Math strategy and implement nimbly. Current approach is all or nothing - need to phase in significant process changes, adopt then standardize then eliminate old business as usual approach.

  • IT is the fastest growing segment of Ford at the moment. The only difficulty I can see is trying to keep up with what consumers want in a vehicle.
