Mr. Joseph R. Hinrichs, also known as Joe, has been the Executive Vice President and President of Global Operations at Ford Motor Company since December 01, 2012 and June 1, 2017 respectively. Mr. Hinrichs served as President of The Americas at Ford Motor Company since December 01, 2012 until June 1, 2017. Mr. Hinrichs served as President of Ford Asia Pacific & Africa and Group Vice President of Ford Motor Company from December 2009 to December 01, 2012. He led Ford's Asia Pacific growth plan overseeing the construction of nine new manufacturing plants and spearheading a commitment to bring more than 50 new vehicles and powertrains to the region by mid-decade. There, he led Ford of Canada's operations, including the national headquarters, six regional sales offices, five vehicle assembly and engine manufacturing plants, two parts distribution centers and affiliates including Ford Credit, Jaguar, Volvo, Land Rover and Hertz. Before moving to Canada, he served as Director of Manufacturing, Vehicle Operations, responsible for the manufacturing, quality and launch of several Ford sport utility vehicles and trucks produced at six assembly plants. He served as Executive Director of Ford's Material Planning and Logistics organization, from April 2002 to July 2003. In this capacity, he was responsible for material planning, production control, scheduling, inventory management, logistics and total material flow at all Ford's manufacturing facilities worldwide. From September 2006 to December 2007, he served as Vice President of North America Manufacturing at Ford Motor Co. and Vice President of North America Vehicle Operations from October 2005 to September 2006, responsible for 19 assembly plants and eight stamping and tool and die plants in Canada, Mexico and the United States. He joined Ford in December 2000 as Plant Manager of the Van Dyke Transmission Plant in Sterling Heights, Michigan. He joined Ford four years ago and held a variety of roles in vehicle manufacturing, materials planning and logistics and power train operations. Mr. Hinrichs was Partner and served as Senior Vice President of Ryan Enterprises Group, where he ran a tier-one automotive supplier and spent 10 years at General Motors in various positions in engineering and manufacturing, including plant manager. He served as a Director of Ford Motor Credit Company LLC. He served as a Director at US-China Business Council, Inc. from 2010 to 2013. He is a campaign co-chair for the Michigan Education Excellence Foundation and a member of the Workforce Development Board for the city of Detroit. He also was co-chairman of the 2006 ??? 2009 Michigan March of Dimes WalkAmerica campaigns, co-chair of Ford's 2008 and 2009 Juvenile Diabetes campaign and operating chairman of the Boy Scouts of America's 2007 ??? 2009 Friends of Scouting Leadership campaigns. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Dayton. He was the 2013 Arthritis Foundation's Tribute to Excellence honoree celebrating his leadership in the community. He was named the 2013 Fortune Magazine Reader's Choice winner as Businessperson of the Year for the automotive industry. He was also named one of the 10 inaugural winners of the Shanghai Pudong Business Person of the Year award in 2013 in recognition of his leadership in growing Ford's business in China. He was the recipient of the 2008 Shien-Ming Wu Manufacturing Leadership Award, which recognizes manufacturing leaders for their visionary and strategic thinking, courage and impact on the manufacturing industry. He was also named to Automotive News??? 2007 All-Stars for Manufacturing. He was recognized for leading Ford's North American manufacturing team to help boost vehicle quality and improve plant productivity. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering magna cum laude from the University of Dayton (Ohio) in 1989 and a master's degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School in 1994 as a GM Fellow.

Mr. Jeff Lemmer has been Chief Operating Officer of Information Technology and Vice President at Ford Motor Company since June 1, 2017. Ms. Emily Kolinski Morris has been the Chief Economist at Ford Motor Co. since 2014. In this capacity, Ms. Morris manages the corporate economics group with major responsibility for Ford's global economic and automotive industry forecasts supporting business strategy, finance, and planning. She joined Ford Motor Company in 1997 and during that time has conducted economic analysis in varying roles for all of Ford's major global markets. Prior to joining Ford, she spent four years as a fiscal analyst with the Michigan House of Representatives. In this non-partisan position, she provided council to House members on program funding and performance, testified regularly before the House Appropriations committee, and interacted with stakeholders at all levels of state government. She is active in various professional organizations, and is a board member of the National Association for Business Economics. She was the president of the Detroit chapter of National Association for Business Economics. She received her Ph.D. in Economics in 2009, an M.A. in Economics in 1992, both from the University of Michigan, and a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 1990.

Dr. Kenneth E. Washington, also known as Ken, has been Vice President of Research & Advanced Engineering and Chief Technology Officer at Ford Motor Company since August 18, 2014 and June 1, 2017 respectively. Dr. Washington leads Ford's worldwide research organization, overseeing the development and implementation of its technology strategy and plans. His 28-year career includes serving at Lockheed Martin, Enterprise Business Services and Sandia National Laboratories in nuclear engineering, information systems, super-computing, information privacy and R&D space technologies. Prior to joining Ford, he served as vice president of the Space Technology Advanced Research and Development Laboratories at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company. In this role, he was responsible for leading an organization of approximately 700 scientists and engineers in performing research and development in space science and related R&D. Previously, he served as Lockheed Martin Corporation's first chief privacy officer, a role in which he built privacy program, set the privacy strategy direction and established a team of privacy professionals to execute the strategy. He also served as the vice president and chief technology officer for the Lockheed Martin internal IT organization, where he was responsible for shaping the future of its information technology enterprise. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin in February 2007, he served as chief information officer for Sandia National Laboratories, where he also served in a variety of technical, management and program leadership positions. He serves as a Director of AFCC Automotive Fuel Cell Cooperation Corp. Dr. Washington has a Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate degree in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a fellow of the MIT Seminar XXI program on International Relations.

Mr. Jamal Hameedi serves as Global Performance Vehicle Chief Engineer at Ford Motor Co. Mr. Hameedi is responsible for all programs under the SVT and ST nameplate ' including the 2013 Raptor and 2013 Shelby GT500. He ensure that every new SVT and ST vehicle meets engineering, manufacturing, business and timing objectives. He spent eight years working with a Ford-sponsored SCORE Trophy Truck team ' helping to develop the powertrain that won three Baja 1000 titles and regularly providing race support in Baja California, Mexico He has worked on a variety of programs throughout his years at SVT and has found each offers its own challenges ' particularly the iconic Ford GT, which was unveiled in 2002. Mr. Neil M. Schloss has been Chief Financial Officer of Mobility at Ford Motor Company since August 1, 2017. Mr. Schloss has been Vice President of Ford Motor Company since March 29, 2007 and served as its Treasurer since March 29, 2007. Mr. Schloss has overall responsibility for Ford's treasury operations. Mr. Schloss served as Assistant Treasurer for Ford since 2003. He joined Ford in 1982 as a Senior Financial Analyst in the controller's office in Ford Aerospace. He held a variety of positions in Aerospace before transferring to Ford in 1990. A year later he was named assistant treasurer, Ford Credit, responsible for Debt Issuance, Capital Planning and Affiliate Financing. He maintained that position until December 1999 when he was named director, Financial Strategy, Treasurer's Office, Ford Motor Company. In December 2002, he assumed the role of director, Global Risk Management, Treasurer's Office, Ford Motor Company and served as its Manager of Corporate and Domestic Financing. Mr. Schloss serves as Director at Ford Motor Credit Company LLC. Mr. Schloss earned an undergraduate degree in Finance from San Diego State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Santa Clara University.

Mr. Steven R. Armstrong, also known as Steve, has been Group Vice President and President of Europe, Middle East & Africa at Ford Motor Company since June 1, 2017. Mr. Armstrong served as the Chief Operating Officer of Ford of Europe at Ford Motor Company since September 01, 2016 until June 1, 2017 and served as its President of Ford South America since January 01, 2014 until September 01, 2016. He served as president at Ford Brazil. Mr. Armstrong served as Vice President of Ford Motor Company since January 01, 2014 until June 1, 2017. He served as the President of Ford Motor Company Brasil Ltda., since June 1, 2012. Mr. Armstrong served as Chief Operating Officer of Getrag Ford Transmissions in Germany. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Volvo Car Corporation until October 2010. During his 25-year-plus career, Mr. Armstrong has served in a variety of senior management and purchasing positions for Jaguar, Volvo, Ford of Europe and served as Chief Operating Officer of Getrag-Ford Transmissions. Mr. James Benintende, also known as Jim, has been the President of Ford Middle East & Africa at Ford Motor Co. since September 1, 2013. Mr. Benintende leads Ford's new, consolidated Middle East and Africa regional business unit headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Most recently, Mr. Benintende was Director of Ford Export & Growth (E&G) since May 1, 2013. In that role, he was responsible for the sale of Ford Motor Company vehicles sourced from North and South America, Europe and Asia in 84 countries throughout the world. Mr. Benintende joined Ford in 1976 as a 20-year-old worker on the assembly line in Mahwah, N.J. He progressed through a series of marketing and sales positions from 1984 to 1993 before joining Export and Growth for the first time as national sales manager for Saudi Arabia and Egypt in 1993, a position he held until 1997. He also served as Middle East marketing manager from 1996 to 1997 and as the sales manager for the Middle East and North Africa from 1997 to 2000, becoming Managing Director of Ford Middle East in 2000. Mr. Benintende's assignments also took him to Memphis, Tenn. There he was a Regional Manager, first for Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD), then for Sales. He also served as the general manager for Ford's Great Lakes market area, where he was responsible for all market sales and service activities in 17 states for Ford, Lincoln and FCSD. Mr. Benintende earned a bachelor of business administration degree from Ramapo College in New Jersey in 1983.
