As it consisted of two one and a half hour interviews with two different panels of three interviewers, grueling. I felt drained afterwards and it was obvious that someone unprepared, or without proper examples to bolster claims/answers, would have a difficult three hours. My interview was 14 years ago though and I'm unsure if the process remains the same.

Now Near & Far strategy introduced. Visionary leader from a different industry. Needs to share the likely uncomfortable plan. Wall street will only give so much time.

I think our CEO is a intellectual who knows nothing about how to make a car or truck. He is delusional but well intended. He doesn't want to hear from low level employees, just his direct reports making him appear snobby and holier than thou.

on line assessment, phone interview (likely), assessment center which is a multi-part interview with several different interviewers.

It depends on the field in which you're applying but generally questions will be situational "This happens, what do you do?" types of questions. Think of the interview as a verbal essay exam, rather than a multiple-choice or short answer exam, and you'll be prepared.

behavioral and situational questions. we also have scenarios you need to prepare for and then role play.

Excellent, hours and days worked are very flexible.

depends. I'd say certain parts of the company have no work life balance. Where I am now, it is reasonable.

Switching teams is very common, departments less so.

we switch often, but within the same discipline or related disciplines. You can move about every 18 months to 3 years if you want.

Not at all difficult.

not--the job itself can be very social if you are in marketing. many of us are friends outside of work.

Open channels between management and workers is excellent.

generally good--constant feedback from good managers but also a performance review process that starts with objectives, has an interim review and a final review.

Those who do their job well without having to be micro-managed.

A type personalities, but also people who are curious and hard working.

Have a four-year degree or analogous work experience in the field in which you're seeking employment.

Like cars and trucks, know your audience and have decent work experience. be prepared to take a slightly challenging on-line assessment. be able to answer "tell me about a time when you led a team, overcame an objection, had to persuade" type of questions and lots of them. know how to interact in a group and understand differing points of view.

It varies from hectic at times to a normal pace generally.

medium to fast. we often act like if we miss a milestone someone is going to die which isn't the case. We are very rigid with milestones/timelines.

More interaction

Bring the product closer to the employees through test driving. More money is needed for team events / team buildings / Christmas party
