  • Positive and encouraging.

  • As it consisted of two one and a half hour interviews with two different panels of three interviewers, grueling. I felt drained afterwards and it was obvious that someone unprepared, or without proper examples to bolster claims/answers, would have a difficult three hours. My interview was 14 years ago though and I'm unsure if the process remains the same.

  • I think our CEO is a intellectual who knows nothing about how to make a car or truck. He is delusional but well intended. He doesn't want to hear from low level employees, just his direct reports making him appear snobby and holier than thou.

  • Like cars and trucks, know your audience and have decent work experience. be prepared to take a slightly challenging on-line assessment. be able to answer "tell me about a time when you led a team, overcame an objection, had to persuade" type of questions and lots of them. know how to interact in a group and understand differing points of view.
