There are internal places of support, but most fall upon interacting with our peers within the company. If you have to go to the factory for support/answers, good luck. Prepare to wait and have more questions than when you started.

We help each other. Nodody can do this job alone.

Teams vary across the organization. I've been part of some pretty strong , diverse teams that worked well together to t ackle some of the crappy issues that isn't always the most fun to address. Having colleagues that you enjoy being around and are willing to work just as hard is refreshing.

Very few workers are technically capable

very few team members do not participate in these team meetings. Same team members volunteer or speak up because no one else will. The Director of the group tries to encourage all of us, but these people don't want to be noticed or involved.

Please learn to speak a common language.

Coworkers need to improve their work ethic. Teamwork would improve is they actually worked.

Too many fence sitters and no one wants to make decisions . Everyone wants a say in decisions and then that takes weeks to resolve instead of here and now requirements

It's out of our hands. My coworkers do the best they can despite us working 7 days a week with broken machines and nothing is ever done to actually fix problems.
