Very poor support systems here for Sales. Despite bringing this up to leadership, problem remains. Mgmt is happy someone is in the role vs having the right person in the role. Sales is the only group here that is compensated via commission, No one else. Only Sales has true skin in the game.

It took several years (about 6) to get a raise. I also feel the benefits (medical) don't cover enough for women and are aimed at only the male employees.

I feel greatly undervalued as an employee, and have been lied to for the last 3 years about receiving a raise outside of the normal merit increases. I was promoted and promised a raise that would come with it, but that never happened.
