No HR suppotnin interviews, bad recruiters, tkaes forever to hire

Good luck trying to move around the company. I have had interest in multiple roles, emailed HR partners and never received a response. Then the posting goes outside the company and someone finally gets hired. Almost seemed that's how they prefer it. Rather than promote within, reach outside

communication about interview results .

It shoudl a bit cometitive. The questions were not at all technical, and no training is provided once onboarded.

If you aren’t a lier you will not advance due to the questions asked. the personnel advancing are the best lyres with the worst work ethic and eager to advance themselves by telling the boss what everyone else is doing
