Do better at ratings and rankings. Quarterly reviews not well communicated.
Executive team needs to go. Disconnected. Out of touch. Dare to say they couldn't even pick out our equipment in a line up. Never see them in our day/day business. Just on the key earning reports or after a company wide survey results conf. Which again, is just checking a box rather than fixing.
Top Down changes and incentives
respect each person on .

New leadership would be a huge plus.
they need to understand we all have family and a life outside of our job. We would like time to enjoy it especially on the weekends. maybe they could look into hiring just a weekend shift!!!!!

not much emphasis on building efficient and robust teams. People get penalized more often for their shortcomings

Leadership needs to improve and support team members.
I think the Executive Director for North America distribution needs to have his team's back a little bit more and stop knocking us all of the time, when the leadership doesn't like the results that you report to them. So he throws us under the bus and acts like its our fault.
Relax the atmosphere a bit, friday lunch or outings.

Equality in ages. Do not force cultural diversity if applicants are not the best fit for the job. Focus on retaining loyal employees instead of always looking for college grads from top MBA schools, cheap foreign labor. Consider more corporate leadership roles at other sites than Columbus.
Better treatment from management, especially at the top levels

Performance review. We need more training and professional development.
