Improve the culture of the plant... they are too disengaged to make improvements. Quick repeating the same mistakes.

Everything is super cheap ,from health care to 401k. They match very well and take care of everyone. We now have paternity leave for men. That says alot

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better insurance and higher 401!K matching. More fair job promotions based on your skills not who you know.

I am one of the few colleagues who belongs to a union in Pfizer work sites.I know we have a contract but are treated very unfairly by company people.

Pfizer no longer provide stock option to the entire organization or employees. This benefits are reserved to upper management.

Most of the Pfizer upper management seem to believe you need a degree to be a supervisor.booksmarts only get you so far we need bosses who know the job not what a paper says.bosses treating us all the same and by friendships

Our process needs to updated with new equipment way to many critical defects

My job is too stressful because we work most weekends and we work long stretches with people who are doing the same. Burnout is a very obvious thing in our area. We could use a re-Invented shift operation that includes a weekend shift(s) to make the job better.

Work pace is chaotic at times and needs a little more structure. Needs better planning decisions. Alot of product being discarded after a lot of work went into preparation .
