House cleaning of management and supervisors. Get the old out and get some new blood in

Highly engaged and skilled at the manufacturing site level. This is the big leagues. The center functions suffer from a lack of co-location with the functional sites, poor accountability, and comparatively lower skill levels.

The leadership at the site I work at is absolutely aweful...our upper management works off the buddy system and no one is held accountable!
