There are different buildings so it is dependent. Some buildings are very corporate feeling and new and others are a little more casual. There are also manufacturing and lab areas.

Overall, I think the business units need to engage each other more. We deal with situations after the fact, when simple communication would have fixed the situation before it was ever a problem.

Generally, high opinion, although the next few years will be the real test. I do not have a lot of confidence in him going forward. I think we need younger leadership.

Fair. Overall, no complaints, but everything will always be driven by your manager.
