What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to do better developing real standards regarding talent management, develop a truly inclusive culture that is less performative and more intentional, and stop tolerating and rewarding bad behavior - it's ruining what could be an otherwise great place to work for everyone

Practicing what they preach by creating an inclusive environment. Hire the contractors after they have done the same work as employees for a year or more, instead of extending their contract.

Lots, not interested in mental health

Less politics and more focus on impactful actions.

Oppression of talent - bc they force peoole to be poaitive all the time thru pressure they prevent knowing what the realities are happening on their Team and thwn they get a low score on transparency in the culture aurvey - this is because the team trainer tells every one not to be open with the mgr

Total compensation package is good. I have a fair base salary and our long term incentives good.

The bonus and stock options are great, but so are the employee benefits including skinmedica products

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My friends with simmlair or even less yesrs of experience are getting paid more than me by competitiors.

I was told by the person negotiating my oackage that i would have healthcare bene in retirement regardless of twnure... not true.

Friends in similar roles at other companies have base salaries 15-20 percent higher than mine.

New people coming in are at a higher position with no training.

I am still a contractor after being here 1 1/2years. The initial conversation during my interview, the expected contract was 6 months and then transition to full time. I am without the benefits my family needs and my peers have, yet I show up every day and go above and beyond.

Leadership doesn't seem to have a full thought out plan when it comes to implementing new procedures policies etc. They also turn a blind eye to the bullying and gossiping that goes on in the office. My voice is not heard.
